Our step-by-step process is straightforward and easy to manage. You’ll have full input and approval - meaning no surprises and all objectives covered.

This is where we kick things off. We get to know everything about your business and objectives. We’ll ask questions such as who your audience is, how does your product work, what pain point does your solution resolve, etc. This helps us begin the ideation part of the process and we’ll brainstorm internally to create an approach that we think works the best.

We’ll supply the first draft of a script that is linkable and able to document comments from all involved. After a few passes, we typically have a good script to continue with to the next step.

We’ll provide a fully designed and written storyboard based on the script. Here you’ll get again get an online viewable, linkable document to share within your team. You’ll see the keyframes fully visualized giving you a good idea on the style and scene layout.

Design is where we pay close attention to your branding guidelines. We make videos that will fit seamlessly wherever it lives in your marketing sphere. We design custom graphic packages and animations that are fully on brand. If we are filming live-action footage, this is where we choose the crew team for your needs. We’ll scout and schedule locations as needed as well as prep each individual who is on-camera.

Production is where start putting everything together. We’ll shoot the footage (if live action is used) and archive it. Then our editors and animators have at it. They’ll take the approved storyboard and artfully craft a first draft.

The first draft will be delivered as a complete video for review. It will have graphics, voice over, and music. We get it as far along as possible to make sure there is nothing that needs to be imagined and it is ready for comments. Again, we use a linkable online viewer with the ability to comment at any point in the video timecode.

We’ll take the notes from the 1st draft and start fine tuning per your requests. Each round of revisions gets us closer to a finished piece. Once everyone is happy with the video, we’ll put the final polishes on such as sound mixing and color grading.
